SIADIS is a new technology based firm (NTBF), whose principal activity is the development and marketing of healthcare technology systems for old aged and / or disabled persons.
Through the creation and promotion of SIADIS, the Matía Foundation, through its R&D company Ingema, and the Fatronik Technology Centre, have signed a collaboration agreement for the development of healthcare technology devices, taking advantage of the complementary capacities of both entities and research centres.

FIK is a private scientific-technological research initiative aimed at ageing and disability. IOS Press is the publisher of the AAATE proceedings, as part of the series Assistive Technology Research Series. IOS Press (www.iospress.nl) publishes some 85 international journals and approximately 150 book titles a year, ranging from computer sciences and mathematics to medicine and physics. All journals are available online and an online book platform was launched in 2006, hosting the above mentioned book series and more.
